Our stay at Hampton Inn downtown Cleveland has gone beautifully. The facility is clean, quiet, and comfortable. The aspect that puts this visit in an even higher category is the customer service reps. Upon our arrival we were greeted by two friendly, helpful associates. The warm welcome we received from these two people set the tone for a wonderful stay. Thank you Cat and HD.

It was a great experience checking in and out. The breakfast was sufficient. We came while it was raining (downpour) and were confused by the parking. We ended up using Valet and both of the attendants were amazing.

From check in to check out, valet and housekeeping, bar tenders everyone was so welcoming and friendly. We parked our car with valet and only used it once our entire stay as everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance. We drove to Edgewater beach one day and that was such a good time.

Loved the proximity to Hall of Fame and Lake Erie. Hard to land a place to park when giving my car to valet as not enough people working in valet. Better on second day. Staff was friendly , courteous and clearly wanted you to be satisfied. I would definitely stay here again.

The facility itself was very pleasant, but the highlight was the staff they were absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure sure your stay was an enjoyable one.

What they don’t tell you in the astronomical public parking garage you have to use and pay for. Don’t use the valet, the garage they use is around the corner

First time staying. Fast and friendly check in. Elevators quick. Room had a pretty view down 6th ave right to the lake. Clean, efficient, comfy.

Beware of the horrible valet delay

The valet service took an hour to get the car. We were forced to skipped activities already for tickets for. Hotel staff should e at least offer to refund the absurd $48 overnight charges. She didn’t say a word.

Valet or self park (you need to pay). Plenty of food and some shopping within walking distance - Dunkin Doughnuts and a Vietnamese Restaurant a few hundred feet away. Across the street - Subway, pizza, and more. Nice supermarket (prepared foods, snacks, alcohol, etc) less than 10 minute walk away (Heinen's).

Didn’t like the parking situation. Upon arrival, it was hard to park to register for my room. The valet service works, but it’s expensive and slow. I opted for a cheaper parking option around the corner from the hotel. I witnessed a number of guests having long waits to retrieve their vehicles. The hotel was clean with helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast was the average free breakfast.
