Love the location, we always clean when we arrive and we saw no signs of lack of cleaning (except the windows) those were dirty with smudgy handprints - yuck but we were not touching those so it didn’t bother us. Loved Bar32 and Eliot’s Bar and the convenience shop was awesome for those last minute cravings. Every member of the staff from
Valet to concierge to servers and bartenders were very attentive and accommodating. Even when they didn’t have what we asked for they still tried to make it happen. There was a small snafu at Bar32 but both management and the bartenders dealt with it very discretely and professionally. They didn’t engage the woman who was being argumentative and they addressed the person who was causing trouble. We love staying at the Hilton - thank you for a memorable weekend.

Overall our stay here was subpar and the room was pretty dirty (and also in rough condition). There was weird black stuff all in our toilet, lamp shades had stains, and ledge near the tv was in rough shape. The valet took forever every time (not to mention it’s not complimentary when staying at the hotel) and every encounter with a staff member was pretty short/unfriendly. I wouldn’t really recommend this hotel if you’re staying in the area
