Went to check in, was given room keys arrived to the room. Room was dirty, possibly someone already staying in the room. Bed was unmade, towels were laying on the floor, tv on. Awful first impression! Second room was slightly better. Graffiti etched into the elevator, not the cleanest but not the worst
Lobby and hallway rugs needed vacuuming and cleaning. Bathroom floor was also dirty. Linens were old. Mattresses were worn out. Room 2nd day had not been changed, and keys did not work. In general, very poor experience and will not return.
I stayed 4 nights and never received maid service. Even after I asked on day 3. Internet never worked.

Very convenient to the airport. Staff was attentive to our no hot water on 1st day. No problems after that. One thing they should look at is the water pressure it wasn’t up to standard.
Our room was exceptionally clean. All of the staff was nice and very friendly. We would definitely stay here again. I feel like our room had recently been remodeled.

Cons: Moldy shower head, unknown substances stuck on walls in various places, pillows small and flat, bed hard and flat, small TV in room, continental breakfast closes promptly at 9am

Considering there isn’t much around the actual location, it’s kind of set back without much foot traffic I was amazed there weren’t a bunch of homeless people camped out. Thank goodness. They keep the area clean and we felt safe.

The hotel’s quality was average.
The hotel's quality was average. The check-in process was slow due to apparent inefficiencies and uneven workload distribution among staff members. My one-night stay in an outdated room with broken cabinets and widespread stains was overpriced. Furthermore, the room did not have extra blankets and sheets, which are typically provided in a drawer. However, when I reported the broken cabinet door, the manager responded promptly and assured me that I would not be held accountable.

Horrible Beds. You can feel the bed springs on your back. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!
Rooms are adequate; obviously an older property that has been renovated. Public areas were clean, and staffing seemed adequate.
Bathroom was extremely small, but walk-in shower in our room was much appreciated. However, hot water did not reach adequate temperature for a comfortable shower unless water was run in advance for about 10 minutes!
Very quiet overall, despite being close to the interstate. There is a train station across the parking lot, city bus picks up at door, and airport shuttle was running regularly the mornings we stayed there.
Good value for price we paid on a weekday.
I booked this hotel ahead of time and asked if they had apple pay because I was traveling and lost my cards. When I got there they didn't have tap and said I needed the physical card I paid with to stay there. I didn't have that card. I did have a debit card with my name on it but they said it had to be a credit card. They took my $483.00 and said I need to call Expedia for a refund. Expedia said they couldn't get in contact with the hotel to give me a refund and I didn't even stay there.
