The room 202 had bed bugs and me be Break out alll over my body. I couldn’t even stay my last night there . It’s a shame that this Happen.

Clean quiet Hotel, i actually gave the hotel the white glove test and it passed. I would definitely stay again.

Should be smoke and drug free

Dear Donald,Thank you for taking to tell us about your experience here at Baymont Inn & Suites. Our hotel is a 100% smoke and drug free establishment. Unfortunately however on occasion we do have a few "rotten apples" that break the rules. We do charge a 250 smoke removal fee as a deterrent and to cover the cost of the removal. I do apologize if you experienced one of these occasions. Thank you again and it is our hope to serve you again in the future.

This property didn’t look like the pictures at all! Our towels were dirty, the grout in the tile was disgusting, part of the ceiling was messed up. Like no repairs had been done and cleaning was not top notch.
