A small warning
Publié le 3 mars 2024 sur HotelsEverything about this place was beautiful. Friendly staff, accommodating, gorgeous cabins and location. Only problem: after being there for a few hours, my partner had found a couple bed bugs in the bed in the main bedroom. Not a big deal since we both lived nearby and just ended up coming home but definitely put a damper on our weekend trip.

We have refunded the cost of your stay and have the pest control company here now to analyze and address the situation.

We enjoyed our stay. The property manager was very helpful and explained the check in process thoroughly. The cabin was only a short walk away to the Mississippi River where we took in some beautiful sunsets. A short drive down the road took us to Alma WI and a truly breathtaking view at Buena Vista Park. The only drawback for me was the close proximity to the other cabins. I would’ve liked a little more space to call my own.

The location next to the water was wonderful. We were able to see the sunset and take some great photos. The temperature had dropped but the cabin was warm and toasty.
