room not spotless, but clean enough; towels new and clean; shower door seemed new and easy to move; water stains on ceiling in several places, even though it wasn't the top floor entry door difficult to open/close, a misaligned steel door in a steel frame makes it difficult

We loved the penthouse, the views were amazing. Balcony was large and inviting. We thought it had a nice kitchen/bar area but needed a cooktop and for it to be stocked with kitchen items plates, silverware. Love the fact it had a half bath as well as a full bathroom. It was quiet, nice and great for the price.

What a nice surprise. Hotel was in great shape. Biggest surprise was the outside area, multi-level sitting near waterfall, pool area, and deck walk out to the beach. Staff was excellent.

We had an amazing balcony room with oceanfront view! Spacious room, friendly staff, beautiful sunrises with Pier view and walkable shopping / restaurants. Convenient drive to Kennedy Space Center which was an awesome day! Wish the Pier and shops could have had better hours. We will be back for another stay!

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The front desk staff was nice and welcoming. The location could not be beat right on the beach and next to the pier. The outdoor pool was heated and right on the way to the beach access. The room was nicely updated. The beds were clean and comfortable. We never heard any neighbors. The morning breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast.
