Spent one night ans the staff was polite room was clean and the bed was comfortable pillows were very fluffy and nice.

Room was average, pool and spa area could be cleaner. Spa ended up being out of service even though I called ahead to make sure facilities were working. Pool was shut down for a couple hours. Bathroom in room was dirty. Public bathroom near the lobby was very clean. Staff were great at check in. Staff person at night came off rude and unfriendly. Overall it was a decent hotel for the price. I like that the pool is 24 hours. Will probably book another room in the future.

Jennifer, It sounds like we dropped the ball in providing you with an enjoyable experience at our hotel. Please know our team is happy to address any issues our guests encounter during their visit. We offer 24-hour access to the pool and hot tub, but we sometimes must interrupt that entry with necessary maintenance. We try to schedule those tasks during the day when the pool is less likely to be used. We hope you will allow us another opportunity to provide a better experience for you and your family.

Not very clean outside garbage cans and dog messes on sidewalks.
