Very noisy from the road

It is a huge hotel room are nice kitchen is lovely bathrooms are nice. Problem was no air con and the window open lots of traffic noise. Food was wonderful and it was so clean.

Very accommodating as I turned up super late. Staff were more than helpful. Will stay there again.

Photos do not show the true accommodation. Took us to a room, no aircon, has communal facilities and charged us $236 for a backpacker style accommodation. Charged extra as they had an event on in town. Normally around $80. Staff were rude, we went to sit down to be told to move because they were going to be booked but not “reserved” sign on any of the tables.

The staff were very helpful. Maybe have tea and coffee making in the rooms rather than the common kitchen area. The room and bathroom were excellent.

The room was very clean and decor lovely but no air conditioning, we couldn't open the window because the pigeons were noisy and pigeon sh*** stunk, also little things like no face washers.
The staff were very nice and helpful.
The hotel was great and the food was really good.
