It would have been nice to know that the entire roof of the unit had water damage and was mid way through being repaired. The painting/picture on the wall also had sticky tape inside it which was holding something on.
The first we knew about the roof was a laminated half page note inside the room. I find it difficult to believe that this room was rented out in the condition it was in and we were expected to pay full price.
I would have thought letting the client know upon check in that there were some repairs going on and offering a discount due its current state would have made a huge difference as the facts are YOUR client certainly did not get the room that was advertised and expected.
Additionally the curtains were full of dust and sorry for bluntness - so out dated - when we pulled them across you could see the dirt in the white curtains.
All in all - this 'resort' property which you have advertised with photos of the rooms and people suggesting it was a 10/10 rating was far from what we had expectation and the amount we paid. Very disappointing.
This property is not one I would recommend to family and friends.
