Guest Access
The home has been split into two residences in which the owners/hosts live in the small apartment on the east side of the house. Guests will enjoy the full use of the 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath home and all of its outdoor amenities, including backyard, fire pit, and large parking area for 4-5 cars.
Bedroom 5 is the only 1st floor bedroom. It can flex as a 2nd living room or a bedroom. We will ask how you would like the 5th bedroom prepared, or you can let us know ahead of time. Each bedroom is quite large and can accommodate additional "rollaway" (skinny twin) beds.
The other 4 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. There is a master bedroom with attached private bath. The other 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor share a full bath.
HOT TUB: the hot tub is only as clean as the guests that use it. The hot tub is brand new and uses salt + chlorine to keep the water clean. It is very important that you do not have any oils or lotions on your body before entering. It is recommended that you shower before getting in.
Other Things to Note
The hosts live on the property and are very attentive to guest needs, including privacy.
This home is on a dirt road, but only if you turn on the road from Rt 301 (Main St).

This house sleeps 10 comfortably. You can squeeze 12. There is a fee of $20/night per guest for an 11th or 12th guest. Thank you for understanding the need for additional cleaning with larger groups.
Additional rules
We are happy to flexibly accommodate check-in and check-out requests when possible. Let us know if you need help with dropping off bags early or leaving luggage after check out, we are happy to assist.
All guests must be stated prior to arrival.
If you are inviting people to visit the house please inform us ahead of time. If any guests stay at the house who are not stated on the billet you may be asked to leave the property and forfeit deposit.

If not approved for early check-in and you enter the home before 4pm you may be charged a $100 per hour early fee.
CHECK-OUT is at 11AM
If not approved for a late check-out and you stay past 11AM, you may be charged $100 per hour late fee. My cleaning crew needs to be able to stay on their schedule.
No loud or unruly behavior after 11pm. If you are enjoying the fire pit or hot tub late at night please keep your voices low for our neighbors.
