We are in the countryside, on the Via Francigena, 500 meters from the SP 541 and 3 km. from Colle di Val d'Elsa. The house has an independent entrance, a small garden and a terrace upstairs. It is composed of a living room with kitchenette, fireplace and bathroom on the ground floor, while on the first floor is the very bright bedroom and bathroom with shower. The house is located in a small cluster of houses, in the countryside but at the same time very close to the town of Colle di Val d'Elsa, where you can find supermarkets, banks, a post office and a splendid Olympic-size swimming pool.

Der Check-Inn verlief reibungslos Dank der Hilfe einer freundlichen Nachbarin. Das Haus liegt sehr günstig für Ausflüge nach Vienna, Volterra und San Gemiliano. Auch die empfohlene Flusswanderung im Val d Èlsa war traumhaft. Das Häuschen ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Der Fernseher hat sogar Netflix (so st an einem Regentag keine Langeweile aufgekommen). Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Sehr praktisch war, dass eine kleine Waschmaschine vorhanden war (Waschmittel hatten wir dabei, da es in Italien sehr günstig war). Alles in allem hatten wir sehr schöne Tage vor Ort. Was anzumerken ist, dass das Badezimmer durch schlechte Lüftungsmöglichkeiten schwarze Fugen in der Dusche hat und da das Holzfenster teilweise in der Dusche liegt dort auch der Rahmen schwarz ist. Unter der Spüle in der Küche roch es nach Schimmel, der Geruch war nach einem Tag Lüften aber verschwunden. Das Bett knarzt bei jedem Umdrehen, ist aber bequem.
