This freshly renovated home is ideally located near Walla Walla University, Downtown Walla Walla, and world-class wineries. The home offers the perfect retreat in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood.

The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and quartz counters. The large fenced backyard includes a patio with ample seating for lounging and BBQs. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area, it’s the perfect place to stay and relax!

The Space:
The open concept allows for a true unobstructed gathering for guests throughout the kitchen, dining, and living area. Both Keurig and drip coffee options are available.

Kitchen is equipped with all the essentials including; cooking utensils, pans, trays, oils, spray, and seasonings. There is a griddle, toaster, waffle maker, and even a crockpot. Keurig, French Press and drip coffee options are available.

Dining area offers bench seating at the table for flexible seating. Games are located in the buffet against the wall.

Living area features a 65” Roku TV (where you can log in to all your streaming services), a remote-controlled electric fireplace, a DVD player, mini classic Nintendo, and assorted movies and books. The couch is a sleeper sofa as well.

Bedrooms feature flat-screen Roku TVs, memory foam mattresses, premium cotton sheets, closets with hangers and luggage racks, dual nightstands, and a remote-controlled fan for us ‘white noise’ lovers. There is a desk in the master as well as wireless chargers on both nightstands and an iron/ironing board in the closet.

Bathrooms are equipped with large bath sheet size towels, hair dryers, makeup towels, and a cooling pad for flat/curling irons.

For your electric car; A Grizzl-E Level 2 electric car charger with a 25ft cord. 14-50R outlet (50amp 240v). Also, there is a regular 110 outlet on the front porch as well.

Additional Details:
This 3-bedroom, 2-bath rental is the entire right side of a duplex and is thoughtfully designed with privacy in mind. The only shared wall is sound‑insulated and located in the living room. The backyard is fully separated by a privacy fence, with no adjoining yards, creating a peaceful and private outdoor space for your stay.

As the owners, we reside on the left side of the duplex and are available should something be needed. Your comfort, privacy, and enjoyment are our top priorities.

In terms of parking, a generously sized driveway provides ample off-street space for all guests. This duplex design offers the best of both worlds – the comfort and space of a private home, coupled with the reassurance of friendly neighbors nearby.

Perfect stay!

Our group had the best time in Walla Walla! Having this wonderful place as our home base was just perfect. The house was modern, clean and so comfortable! It was very well equipped with a full kitchen, air conditioning, fans and comfortable beds and living spaces. The fenced backyard was private and had a great space for us to hangout and have morning coffee and conversation. The cornhole game was a fun activity for us too! The neighborhood is quiet and was a great proximity to town and wineries. Highly recommend!

Perfect location

This turned out to be a perfect location for a girls' wine-tasting trip! The location is only a few minutes' drive from downtown Walla Walla for shopping, restaurants and tasting rooms. The home is comfortable for four women, with three bedrooms, two baths and a hide-a-bed in the living room. The back patio is nice and quiet, with a gas firepit and patio furniture. The kitchen was well equipped. I thought I had read that there was a coffee maker, but there was only a Keurig, which was just fine. An abundant selection of flavored coffees were supplied. The beds were all comfortable except the hide-a-bed, which was slanted higher to the foot end. Perhaps we just didn't know the trick to making it level. There is air conditioning, which was nice to have on one of the warmer days. There is a railroad track that runs behind this neighborhood, but surprisingly we never heard a train or horn blowing even though we saw a train go slowly by! Overall, it was a lovely stay in a very comfortable home. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we come to the area.

Excellent Stay for whole family

Wonderful house for our family of four! Owners were great and very helpful. The house was the perfect size and very well equipped for a family with young children (ours were 4 & 6). The backyard was a great space to relax and play in. The location is close to all the key attractions in Walla Walla. Highly recommend!

We highly recommend this rental! The house was spotless, well laid out, and beautifully decorated. The yard and back patio was inviting and well lit. The hosts we super helpful and thought of every detail. If you could imagine going on a trip and forgetting something - no worries, it was there! Phone chargers, TVs, great lighting, fans, perfect temperature controlled, pillows galore, comfortable beds, extra towels.... The place was phenomenal! It was as comfortable as being at home with luxury added in! We could ask for nothing more.

This house is equipped with all the up-to-date appliances as well as nice new pots and pans. The beds are so comfortable and linens are clean and crisp. I highly recommend this duplex. The six adults who stayed had ample room for card games at the table and fenced yard for corn hole!
