Welcome to my Aggieland Retreat! Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac just outside the College Station city limits, this property has plenty of what makes a great home away from home for all of your events (game days, graduation, ring day, parents weekend, etc.) as well as those special events such as family retreats or wedding events. With room to sleep 15, plenty of parking, acres of lush green lawns and a pool/hot tub and a gourmet kitchen that includes a Viking range, this may just be the serene and spacious retreat you've been looking for. Distance to Texas A&M University campus and College Station itself is only 15-20 minutes which means you can enjoy serenity just a few minutes away from amenities and restaurants.
