A very lovely quiet, clean charming place. and it was a very comfortable bed. Everything smelled nice. Would definitely stay again. It was also set up in a way that you could just wing it yourself. Plenty of extras if you need in the hall.

Very nice little B&B in an excellent location - walkable to almost everything. Plenty of amenities and great correspondence with the owner before and during our stay. The room was comfortable, and the only downside to our particular room was the lack of a door between the bedroom and bathroom for privacy, but otherwise excellent for a weekend getaway.

Absolutely wonderful stay!

I was in the area for one night for business and had my young granddaughter with me. The room was very comfortable and well furnished. Lots of apps available on the TV. Location is close to plenty of restaurants and the beach. The continental breakfast was very nicely set and had lots of variety. I plan on coming back NOT for business just so I can enjoy another stay. Highly recommend.

Colonial Beach Getaway

This was a quaint little escape after concluding business in Richmond. One block from the beach and access to all restaurants on the boardwalk. The room had great amenities and rustic charm. It was particularly nice to have a continental breakfast to walk downstairs to in the morning. On the occasion that I did have to communicate with the owner regarding an issue, they were efficient and engaged with an immediate solution. Can't recommend enough!
