First of all, when we booked the room, Expedia did not notify us that we would have to pay for overnight parking. Additionally, the hotel staff were not friendly, and the hotel did not provide any complimentary services, such as a bottle of water. Because of this experience, I will not be booking any hotel rooms in downtown moving forward

Easy access. Great staff. We got locked out of the room for two hours bc the lock ran out power. We had to wait on a regional manager and an engineer to let us in. Kids had to sleep in the lobby during this time after a long day out. Shower clog caused overflow. Rooms were not prepared on one of the nights with beds not done and dirty glasses not removed and replaced. Loud location with sirens and a lot of loud activity right next to the hotel the first two nights out of the three nights we stayed here. Poor choice of breakfast items, where items were not refilled on time.

The property itself was great! Clean, comfortable, nice and helpful staff! Decent breakfast too. The parking garage is across the street, there are no carts to haul your luggage through a parking garage, down an alley across the street to check in on the 2nd floor of the Hotel. Quite inconvenient and sooo many sketchy, drugged out weirdos in that area. It’s sad to see Colorado Springs go downhill.

It's convenient to be everywhere in downtown, next to the metro station. The room I stayed in could use an update for the blinds; at least one of them was torn RM 301. The staff keep it clean and odorless.

Overall disappointing

Not very clean and felt very messy. Breakfast area was small for the amount of guests and dirty. Pool was small and too cold.

The staff were absolutely amazing! The hotel was clean and beautiful! The pool area and hot tub area were clean and was wonderful for our family of 6. The night time manager and employee were so kind and so accommodating. I’ve never had hotel staff ever be so kind and as accommodating and they were! The breakfast in the morning was so nice and clean, food tastes great! The room itself was the perfect size and had everything we needed. The only thing that wasn’t the best was the parking, we didn't have the fund to pay for the parking the Hotel had so it was a struggle to find street parking. But other them that our stay was amazing, comfortable and the staff was amazing! Definitely would stay there again! Highly recommend this hotel!
