Room smelt liked cigarettes and could use a deep clean. Rooms are older but I understand that happens over time.

As soon as we walked into the room, it smelt of cigarettes or some sort of nasty smell we didn’t like it at all, The lady upfront said it was a no smoking room, but it was just very very strong and it smelled as if they were trying to cover it up with a candle or some sort of scent, but it just did not mix well at all
The shower tub had a crack in it, which was no big deal and there was a drawing in the bathroom that they tried to wipe off, but they didn’t do a very good job. It’s was just smeared.
The carbon monoxide sensor was damaged.
The siding of the bed was also damaged.

The physical facility desperately needs to be upgraded. There were obvious structural deficiencies (corroding sheetrock issues around windows, etc). The front desk was understaffed. The cleaning crew was noisy and unfriendly.

They took really good pictures for this hotel because it was not as nice as the website! The fitness room needed some serious TLC.
