Ive stayed at this property repeatedly. Its not terrible but it has gone downhill. I may find a better property in the future. Pros: fair price, close to I25 interstate, close to restaurants on N. Academy Blvd. Cons: dirty inside and out. Trash all around the parking lot including tires and broken glass, inside trash cans dont get emptied and people pile trash high and all over. The rooms get vacuumed and a quick mop but the walls were dirty, bathroom tile grout was dirty, and the windows all throughout are hazed so bad that you can barely see out. Also, traffic patterns to get in and out is a mess!

They forgot to clean the refrigerator. Full of moldy old food. Visible stains on the chair. Bathroom want stocked with soaps or shampoo and stuff so had to call you get some.
