The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, including an induction cooktop, pots, pans, and spices, as well as a full-sized fridge, microwave, and countertop toaster oven. Start your day with fresh coffee from the Keurig, complete with complimentary pods and creamer.

A window AC unit in the bedroom keeps the space cool in the summer, while efficient baseboard heating ensures warmth during colder months, keeping you comfortable year-round.

We are legally registered with the City of Colorado Springs, so you can book with confidence knowing your stay is in full compliance with local regulations.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the studio and everything in it! There is also a small, fenced patio where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee! You're also welcome to use the full backyard that is shared with the main house that we also rent on Airbnb. Feel free to make friends with our other guests, cook out on the BBQ grill, cook s'mores around the fire pit, and enjoy the Colorado fresh air!

We recommend using Uber or Lyft (ride-sharing) to get around. Some bus stops are close by as well for easy use of public transportation.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.



🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.



📜 City Registration: We are legally registered with the City of Colorado Springs! Don't worry about your booking getting canceled the day before your trip! STR-0558



🚗 Parking: We have one parking space in front of the studio for you, and there is plenty of free street parking right out front.



🚿 Winter Bath Notice: Unfortunately, in the winter, baths will not be possible. We have awesome, fresh Colorado Rocky Mountain water. During the winter, it comes from the city extremely cold. We have a tankless hot water heater that works PERFECTLY for super hot showers and all the sinks! But in the winter with the super cold city water, the tub spout flows too much water and will not be super hot, but the shower will be hot and work perfectly!



💦 Hot Tub: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub so that it is clean and sanitary for all of our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at crazy cold temperatures in the winter—sometimes as low as 48°. Our hot tub heats at about 6° per hour, which puts the hot tub heated to 102° later in the evening when it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive, but rest assured it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.



✅ City Permit: Don't worry about your stay being canceled at the last minute due to a violation from the City forcing the unit to shut down. We are permitted with the city. A-STRP-24-0695
