With 1700 sq ft of space, located in a tranquil neighborhood where our street ends at the Garden of the Gods, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. Keep an eye out for the deer that often wander through the area and the horses that walk by multiple times a day!

Immerse yourself in the character and charm of this Mid-Century modern space, featuring floor-to-ceiling cedar detail, vaulted ceilings, a unique design, upstairs deck and a fenced-in patio. Put on a record and unwind by the warm electric fireplace for the perfect night in.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking, making meal preparation a breeze

Experience a peaceful night's sleep in comfortable beds with fresh linens and extra blankets

Upstairs ~ two bedrooms offer vaulted ceilings with a sky light, queen beds and access to a spacious private deck nestled among the trees

Main floor ~ you'll find the living room featuring a record player, smart TV and electric fireplace
Dining room ~ dining table that seats six and a collection of board games

Horses are walking by daily, and you can always join in on the experience provided by the family owned landmark - Academy Stables, which is just a block down the road. This home is also within walking distance of the historic Buffalo Lodge, where you can grab a drink, see a concert, or attend an art or bicycle event. Located near many restaurants, attractions, and hiking.

Great house!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and the retro vibe was awesome. We stayed in December and the host had a decorated Christmas tree and decorations that made you feel right at home.

Enjoyable Thanksgiving at Garden of the Gods

Property was great for our vacation to visit family. Well-supplied kitchen, comfortable beds, a nice living room, fantastic shower heads all helped to make this place perfect for us this week. Also enjoyed being able to walk to the Garden of the Gods from the house. Would definitely do this place again!

Home away from home

We had a great time at this location close enough to alot of sites that we could see with out being in the city traffic. Our host was amazing she would always answer any questions promplty. There were a ton of board games to play with was great for our family we love games. We had a bbq one night and sat outside on thw patio would 100% reccomend this place to anyone with kids or pets!

What a cool set up! Megan thought of it all. From the record player to the cozy corners and perfect linens, we loved all the details. Space for everyone to unwind and my boys loved having their own patio outside their bedroom. Lots of Stargazing!

Neat mid-century modern decor. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and more. Our kids enjoyed the games provided too. Close to Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City, and Manitou Springs. Great place to stay.

Excellent Host & Location

Megan is an excellent host. Very quick and clear communication. The location is superb - walk to Garden of The Gods, see deer in the front yard, and walk to a live music venue. The place is very cozy and clean with all amenities and great toiletries. The beds are very comfortable and the pillows are like clouds. This place lives up to the positive reviews.

Our host, Megan, was incredibly accommodating and helpful before, during, and after our trip.The property's location is ideal, being very close to the Garden of the Gods, allowing for easy access to hikes. It's also conveniently located just 15-30 minutes from the attractions and activities in the area.The property itself was fun and retro, and it was fully equipped with everything we needed, from cooking supplies to amenities for a relaxing night in, and comfortable spaces for resting and recovery after long days of hiking.We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely choose this property every time we visit Colorado Springs! I would highly recommend it.

WONDERFUL DESTINATION

Megan was very communicative, before and all throughout our stay! The location was excellent - within a few blocks of Garden of the Gods - and everything was VERY clean and functional with fun additions such as the record player and board games. All bedrooms are very large and comfortable! Thank you Megan – we had a blast!

Great stay in Manitou

This property is very close to manitou springs and old Colorado Springs city. So much to do around this area! Took very little drive time for us to visit what we wanted- pikes peak, the springs, the caverns, etc… Was very clean and comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked with the needed pits, pans, and appliances. Communication and accommodations of the host was impeccable- Overall a wonderful stay!

This property was perfect for our family of 6. Located on a quiet street with easy access to Garden of the Gods, Pile’s Peak, and Air Force Academy. House had everything we needed for our stay except laundry, but there was a laundromat 5 minutes away. Great communication with owner and no issues during our stay. Would do it again!

Wonderfully relaxing getaway

This property is everything we hoped for! We spent the day walking to and through Garden of the Gods and never had to touch our car. The evenings were spent cooking and sitting by the fire. The owner was extremely helpful with things to do and also made us feel completely comfortable staying here during the pandemic. Highly recommend!
