I could not find where the breakfast was being offered and did not see where coffee was offered. At checkout, I could not find a staff member at first. Our room had many issues. It had an overwhelming smell of wet animal. The A/C would not shut off after reaching desired temperature and blew at full throttle continuously forcing us to just shut off system altogether because it was freezing in the room. The tankless hot water heater for the shower had a mind of its own, alternating between scalding hot and freezing cold, although mostly scalding. The bedding smelled. I had a cleaning lady badge into the room while I was in a virtual conference call without knocking or stating who she was. We checked out a day early despite prepaying for both nights because it was such a poor stay.
