Good if they can fix some issues

It is a nice hotel with interior entry. It was quite. There were not many guests. For some reason, however, we were put in a room that had a wet carpet (a big area was wet). We did not switch rooms because we did not notice until we were settled in. Also, they need to be more attentive to the breakfast so that guests don't have to wait 20 minutes for food items to be replenished.

It was ok, not horrible but not fantastic

Bed was comfy, lots of good options on the TV. The poor lady at the desk was seemingly the only one working for making the breakfast and at the front counter so it was hard to get service because she was spread too thin. I'd say more a management issue than anything else. But overall not bad. First room the AC was out so they moved me. First room had a smell too...second one did as well but not as bad. Not horrible, just odd. For the price though you can't expect the lap of luxury 😂

The room 223 has a dripping shower head. The shower stall is in need of repair. Really the whole room needs an update. The bed was very good.

Needs some attention to fix it up.

The air conditioning was barely working the bathroom was dirty. The floors were not clean (carpet). The toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall, I’m not sure how they could have missed it. The employees rushed in to eat while the few customers that were there trying to eat breakfast. Just wouldn’t recommend this one.

Totally inefficient

Got there and the room they gave still had unmade beds, like it had been started but not finished. Second room had one king-size bed (we requested two double beds). Finally someone who had a double room but didn't need two beds traded with us. The room did not have a refrigerator, so they had to go find one to put in our room. We were there four nights and the room was never cleaned even though we requested it be cleaned. We had to get fresh towels from the front desk. We were told it would be cleaned on Saturday (the day before we left), but when we returned to the room in the late afternoon, it had not been touched.

I like the hot breakfast but it ain’t enough for everyone. If you are like only 1 hour late, you’re not gonna get enough. Housekeeping is not automatic, they want you to request that. I dont know why.

Room was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom fan did not work. Overhead light was out in the room. No phone in the room. Facility was quiet. Staff was pleasant but did not address problems. Outdoor patio had very limited seating. Did not clean room which was scheduled. Breakfast options were not very appetizing. Suggest more options. Food was lukewarm. Meh.

The check in went well and staff were helpful, though inexperienced. I had to be relocated immediately as the allocated room smelt of damp and the shower head constantly leaked. The new room was better but missing a fridge and iron. It took an act of congress to get an iron and the iron board had no cover. I decided to go to the swimming pool. That was a mistake as the pool surround was covered in hair, trash and old, used band-aids. Finally, i couldnt get hot water to shave the following morning and the breakfast was awful. I opted for an apple to go. The hotel pictures look great but do not reflect the overall awful experience. Avoid this hotel!!!
