When I booked the room parking was free. I search for establishment’s with no charge for parking. Upon entering the elevator I read parking is $10 a nite. I was not told while checking in there is a $10 parking charge per night.

Me, my daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandkids were in town for the Spring Game and 4-miler. Lots of ants on and around the counter, and when I told the girl at the front desk, she rolled her eyes, gave me a dirty look and never said 1 word to me but wrote it on a list... Had to call front desk and wait for over an hour for towels and washclothes. And our 2nd night, the Maintenance man rudely came into the pool and yelled at everyone that the pool was closed get out... Terrible customer service... only reason I didnt give 1 start is because the Bar staff was awesome. We wont stay here again and we are in Columbus several times a year.

The Hotel's architecture and included amenities were great. They had a complimentary Snacks and Drinks social every night for guests, and the included breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel in ages. However, due to the previous nights guests, the Pool was "Temporarily closed" and, while the staff was very friendly, they continuously gave us incorrect information about when the pool area would be cleaned, so we never got to swim while we were there. We were told several times that it'd be open at "X" time, and it never was, and we just became the next shifts problem. Overall, it was a good visit and we'll be staying here again in the future. Just be sure that there isn't a cheerleading competition being held nearby before booking, if you want to swim.
