As I walked off the elevator, food, trash, and beer bottles were on the table. The first room I was given had hair in the shower and sink. After requesting a 2nd room, there was hair IN THE BED!!! I called management and requested a refund. They stated that I will be credited the amount but have not been reimbursed as of 10/14.

Great stay. Staff and facilities top-notch. Most hotels now have free breakfast, but they do not. However, the restaurant served very good cooked to order breakfast. We didn't try them for dinner. Would definitely recommend!
