Clean comfy rooms and Heaven from the front desk was super sweet! We stayed on a night when there was a big snowstorm. When I went out to my car the next morning, not only had they done an amazing job cleaning the lot for their guests, they had also shoveled between the cars! To me, that’s 5-star treatment for an affordable hotel. Will certainly recommend to anyone staying near the Columbus airport!

I loved staying here I don’t know why this place is getting bombed with bad reviews. The night audit who checked me in weds night was super sweet. I would definitely stay here again. Shuttle to the airport was easy and convenient too

We checked in, got settled and left for dinner. Then got back to the hotel around 8. There were kids running around all over the place inside and out. Our room key did not work, so after 5 trips to the front desk because our room key didn’t work the front desk girl finally decided to call maintenance to try to fix it! Now keep in mind, all our things are in the hotel room, which we can’t get into. The front desk lady wants us to wait in another room while we wait for maintenance to get there. We wait and after go back to the front desk, maintenance guys has to pry the door open with a crow bar, and then tells me that we can’t lock the door and should probably keep it propped all night. The front desk lady acted surprised that this was unacceptable, we demanded to be put in another room bc at this point it’s after 9:00 and still have not been able to relax in our hotel room. I expect a full refund!! This was absolutely ridiculous and we shouldn’t be expected to pay for a room, which we couldn’t even use for part of the evening because of their incompetent staff!! Will be reaching out to corporate!

Front desk check in gentlement was not in a good mood but still professional. The final night stay's front desk young lady was very friendly & helpful. Hotel was partly under renovation & looked like in the completing stage. My very small room had no table lamp & was told the new lamps have not arrived yet. So was forced to finish my paper work under very uncomfortable lighting. They could have offered a temporary table lamp. Also just don't understand why some hotels ( this one incl)udred9l9 chose to put the small refrigerator on the floor. Such a bad idea esp. for older guests. Not sure if the franchise owner was too frugal to hire better professional painter as the job was sloppy & new paint splash was everywhere & old fixture spot were sloppily covered by paint. Just not the best sight. At least was lucky enough not to have to bear the renovation's dusty stage. Overall, it's still a relatively comfortable stay. Thus 4- star.

My husband stayed at this hotel which was going through renovations which we were never notified about. The room close to his had a compressor outside in the hall which was on continuously. When he tried to call to the front desk the phone didn’t work. When he went down at 5:00 pm to the front desk she said that they would be leaving for the day. Well that was not the case and they were still there when he left for dinner. Plus the workers tracked the dust all through the hotel and in the elevator. When he was leaving for supper and told the lady at the front desk, she said we are doing renovations. If that was the case why not put him on another floor or why was it posted that they were doing renovations. He tried to call to speak to a manager but only was able to get a voice mail and she never returned our call. The room needed many repairs for furnishings and bathroom door that did not have a privacy lock. There was a tall shelving unit that had a safe but it was not attached to the wall and could easily fall over when opening the cabinets.

It worked good for what we needed. It was nice and clean for the most part. There were some pretty bad stains on the carpet and on the chair and no one was ever at the desk so when we checked out, we just left Room card in the box hoping that that was OK. The breakfast was great.
