Great staff but as others have said this place needs a fix up. Room was clean but dated and overall property was dingy. They still have the banner over the sign that said Double tree and stickers all over inside of anything that had the same. First floor smelled as if they are working on updating but upper floors are not done up.

Nothing good about this location. They never cleaned are room and had to get clean towels the next day are self. Had to ask that the diety towels be removed. Cleaning crew told us we had to ask to have anything done. It cost us 269.00 for 2 days and was the biggest rip off.

Food options were meh. Location is great. Things to do that surrounds the area. Price was good. Elevator stopped working the morning of check out and we were on the 5th floor. Bathroom was nice but toilet flooded

My room had wet and dirty floors when we walked in and someone cranked the fan up to max heat so it was scorching hot in our room. Two of the light fixtures were broken and the AC on our wall was broken. Shower or toilet (we weren’t sure) has a leak problem and would push water into the floor. We were not informed of a weird convention happening on the property either. Very strange experience. Pool smelled very very strong of chlorine. Elevators were practically broken and were very shaky going up and down.

Good for a night, clean

The hotel seemed a little outdated, but the room was clean and comfortable. They also have breakfast offered for $11.99 per person. The only issue we had was elevators - when we were checking out the elevators were not working, we had to use the stairs from the 5th floor with our luggage.

My first room had a broken air conditioning and a huge mold spot in the top of the shower, my second room was better, but this hotel is rundown for the price you’re paying for it. Should be like $50 a night.

The pros: room was very clean, bed is so comfortable, had all the necessities (soap, lotion, body wash, iron, fridge, microwave, tv). The cons: there was a half of roll of tissue with no extras, the microwave wasn't plugged in I would've done it but cord wasn't long enough to reach the socket. The thing that really bothered me is that nobody answers the phone at the front desk my fiancée had to go downstairs to ask for extra tissue and towels. When it was time to leave I was trying to ask for an extra hour to check out and I got no answer, even the sales department couldn't reach them that's unacceptable. All in all, I would stay again but those things need to be corrected, especially the front desk.

Overall it was a good experience but I didn't like that there was a lack of trash recepticles to dispose of just usual things. There was one tiny wall trash receptacle between the elevators for the entire floor and the rooms have no trash can liners in them which is a little unsanitary. But I would recommend it and book another stay here in the future. Very affordable.

The property was dirty from the lobby to elevators and hallways. The rooms we booked were swapped with a lesser suite with no explanation or compensation. Phone in room didn’t work and linens were insufficient for number of guests booked. We canceled our second night because the experience was so bad. Will not be back.
