This was a great budget friendly hotel. Room was more spacious than expected. Shower was a walk in and a lift made getting to and from the room easily. Loved the location. 500 metres from the main station, was able to easily get to Milan and other locations. 500 metres to ferry and all major bus stops. 2 blocks from a laundry. 1 block from supermarket. Directly behind the soccer stadium and two blocks to the waterfront. Perfect for what we needed. Staff were all lovely and very helpful when you needed assistance. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here when our train was cancelled purely because it was cheap and close to the train station. It’s cheap, but below average. The rooms are bare, the bathrooms are extremely old and it all feels like it’s a bit dilapidated. Stay here for the station, but not for a holiday.

Como weekend - tripple room

The breakfast was continental with lots of pastries and sweet treats. Nice bright room and nice selection of hot drinks. The room was a bit dated but location great, bag storage on last day was really helpful and staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was huge nice towels and lovely smelling shower and hand gel.

Very nice hotel with lovely staff, air con was great for high temperatures, and black out blinds were brilliant for the light evenings/mornings. As on a main road to centre, can be noisy. Very short distance to a very good supermarket, opposite a petrol station which is convenient.

Great Hotel, great location. Very friendly staff they do the maximum of their best to help you make the most of your holiday. Nice clean room, good breakfast. Walkable distance to San Giovanni train station and lake Como water front. Cafour Market near by.

Great value hotel... I've styed at this hotel three times now and always found it a pleasant place to stay... The hotel staff are friendly, and they have lots of different size rooms to accommodate all styles of travellers... as a solo traveller they have a number of single rooms at great prices... the larger San Giavanni train station is approx' 5-10 minutes walk, and the smaller Como Lago train station, and the centre of town, is about 10-15 minutes walk away... all in all, good value.
