Gave up on this hotel!!

This hotel has not done anything to improve their internet service, it is limited in the lobby and useless in the rooms. This is an expensive hotel for what they have to offer. Will look for other options when headed to Comodoro, as we have made this complaint several times to the hotel and nothing has been done to fix this ir improve their internet aervice, have A/C in the rooms or fans, so you don’t open the windows at night as it has too much noise from the road.

Terrible hotel with terrible attitude from untrained and unprofessional staff. Worst breakfast in Argentina: this '5 stars' establishment refused to give us even some boiled eggs as the existing selection was appalling. we had problem checking in with our hotels.com voucher, and spent hours arguing that we should not be paying twice for prepaid reservation
