Casita at Vista Del Paraiso-Incredable central valley view

The NEW Casita at Vista Del Paraiso, built in 2020, comes with everything you need for your stay, weather it is for just days or an extended stay. The suite includes a full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave and plenty of pots, pans, plates, and utensils. There is a small living room area with a pull-out queen sofa sleeper. There is a King size bed with a comfy mattress. The bathroom area is large and has two closets for your clothes and luggage. There is a spacious patio right outside the sliding doors. The views are incredible. During your stay you will have use of the pool, jacuzzi, and putt-putt golf course. Vista Del Paraiso is in a gated community close to Atenas. In addition, we have a gated property and alarm system for your use if you want. The owners, Dean and Lindsay, live on site and are happy to answer questions or help out if you like. If you prefer privacy, we respect that too.
We have owned in Atenas since 2007, so we have plenty of knowledge and information. Dean also owns Coldwell Banker Pura Vida Paradise real estate as well, so he really knows the right people and the area if you need anything. We can arrange to have you picked up at the SJO airport, arrange site-seeing trips, recommend restaurants, help with groceries, whatever you need.
