Quick over night stay - convenient to the highway. Convenient roof too restaurant though we did not go. 4th floor bedroom could hear some of the restaurant activity but leaving the room fan on blocked it out.

We booked a king size room and ended up downgraded to a double queen for the same price. Very disappointing. We sleep in a king at home so we felt cramped in a queen and did not sleep well. Everything else was fine. The rooftop restaurant was delicious and had excellent service. The room was clean.

The front desk staff were very helpful. The roof top restaurant had a good breakfast. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay!

My experience at the Holiday inn Cookeville was absolutely incredible. I was blown away by the hospitality of the front desk representatives and even the 1091 rooftop restaurant. My waitress Sarah took care of me the night that I checked in and she made me feel welcome even though it was only a matter of an hour before the restaurant would get ready to close. She made sure that I was comfortable and overall had an amazing personality. I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms. I got a one bedroom Queen for myself and it was still more than enough space for me not to feel crammed. The shower is probably my favorite part. The bedding was very comfortable and allowed me to rest after a long drive from South Carolina. I didn't have any problems with noise, but one thing I do have to know is that the walls are pretty thin so if you do have another guess that's listening to music or moving around you will probably hear that but overall it was not a thing that ruined my experience. I am definitely making this my destination for when I visit tennessee!

Wasnt to happy with the front desk. I got no information from her whatsoever. Our room was right under the restaurant so 5:30 in the morning all we heard was chairs and tables being moved above us. Woke both my kids and husband up and lasted from 5:30am until 7am. Not a plesant way to start our day. The breakfast was good but again the front desk never gave me my breakfast vouchers, they couldnt find my recepit in their system where i had already paid for breakfast so i ended up paying twice. We were never offered any accommodations on that at all. Was told there was nothing they could do about the noise above us. The pool was nice but it was super cold, and indoors it should have been warmer. Overall the stay was not great.
