Bedding was very dirty. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Towels and washcloths had stains all over them. Breakfast was very limited. Coffee, juice, waffles, apples, granola bars, muffins.

It was a bed and roof over head. Check in staff was very sweet and helpful. Next two front desk staff were just ok, the lady was busy trying to get her son and person taking him to whereever he was to go for the day to stop and acknowledge I was standing infront of her needing towels. I found the maid and she brought me two towels and TP. Breakfast was a disappointment based on what was advertized, it is a grab and go with a waffel option. The next two nights of our travels we steard clear of any Super 8. It is good for a pass through town but no more.

Hotel didn't get my reservation from Hotels.com

The Super 8 was fine. It was convenient and affordable for a quick overnight stay on a family road trip. We were on the road all day. I made my reservation early in the morning of the day we planned to arrive. We made it to the hotel about 9pm. However, the clerk at the hotel said they never received the reservation from Hotels.com. I showed him my email confirmation from Hotels.com but the clerk still could not locate the reservation in their system. Fortunately there were plenty of rooms available. The clerk was understanding and honored the price reflected in the email confirmation.

You can't put people in a room where there are holes in the bed spread and a hole in the bathroom door....hotels .com has to do a better job of putting their guest in lousy rooms and locations

Unacceptable Motel stay at Super 8 Cookeville TN

Tub woukdnt drain…burn holes in chair…door very loose and could see around the jamb…only a trickle of wqter from sink…not sure bed linens changed as bottom sheet wrinkled …cobwebs in corner of bathroom…many single men hanging around..did not feel safe…talked to desk clerk…she said other motels were worse…Will Not stay at Super 8 again…spent $100 for very substandard room!!!

I was surprised how nice it was inside bed is very comfy . My husband and i were traveling threw the area got this place to save a little money so very surprised it was so nice inside if we come back this way we will stay again. Ijust didnt like the towels and not enough shampoo for two people lol but next time ill bring my own nice place lady at front was very nice and helpful

We stayed there twice. Nice area. Good parking. The rooms in the backside are much better than the ones in the front side. The bed was comfortable. Other people staying there are thoughtless. They were noisy and smoking. The room was comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful and polite.
