The newer Hotel Pratt is a cozy hotel, nestled behind the historic Hotel Pratt, one of the older structures in the historic village of Cooperstown, NY. Guests of the Hotel Pratt enjoy FREE off street parking in our private lot and the convenience of being in the heart of Cooperstown. It is just a half a block from Main Street, where one can browse through Main Street shops or enjoy a meal at one of the many restaurants. It is under 300 feet from the Baseball Hall of Fame and Doubleday Field where the game of baseball was created (according to local legend).

Location, location, location and free parking. Perfect. Having a stress fracture I appreciated being close to the Baseball Hall of Fame, great restaurants, and fun shopping. Room was basic with everything we needed: smart tv, refrigerator, coffee maker, iron. Everything was sparkling clean. Staff very helpful over the phone and in person. Will stay there again.

Location, Location, Location!

The room was perfect. Very quiet, clean, roomy, good shower. The hostess was just so nice and welcoming. PERFECT location! 1/2 block from the HOF! For history buffs, the inn is directly across the street from the oldest building in town and up the street just a bit are the two oldest churches in town, both with interesting American History stories. The inn is right behind Doubleday Field! You will not need to use your car once you get to the inn.

Perfect Cooperstown Stay

The hotel is located in the heart of Cooperstown within walking distance of all attractions. On site parking was an added plus! Angie and CJ were great hosts and very courteous. Would definitely recommend!!!

Good location but basic

We needed somewhere to stay for our visit to the baseball hall of fame. Location was great and you get to park your car in the hotels private car park. You are a minutes walk from town. Room was basic but ok. I’m sure there are nicer places to stay but it served our purpose. Washing facilities are not free and are in the basement. Bring dollar bills as there is a change machine. I didn’t see any powder but I had my own anyway.
