Excellent location near Amelienborg Palace and Design Museum, and a short walk to Nyhavn. Very spacious apartment recently renovated with modern bathroom and kitchen. Great shower pressure and heated floors appreciated! We stayed on the first floor with a view of the beautiful courtyard. Easy access using key code on door. Will definitely stay again next time we’re in Copenhagen!

Lovely, well-located and spacious apartment

The Luxury Apartments are located in a beautiful part of Copenhagen. The apartment was very spacious and perfect for our family of four. Although we never met any of the staff in person - they were very attentive and responsive via email. It is a bit of walk - particularly with luggage from the metro/subway - but that should improve when a new subway stop opens which is practically at the doorstep of the apartment. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends and family.

Great basics, some rough edges

Beautiful space. Excellent location. There are some real drawbacks, though: - The wifi signal periodically became very weak. Even when the signal strength was full, the connection was slow. - The shower drained very, very slowly. Water would pool around our feet after just a minute or two in the shower. - The light switch in the south hallway turns on a very bright ceiling light, and there's no way to turn it off again. You just have to wait until it goes out on its own — there's a timer or something. When you're trying to put a baby to sleep, it's very inconvenient to have that bright light shining just outside the bedroom door. - No microwave.

The apartment is nice and convenient. Very easy to travel to many attractions. Nearby have cafe, restaurant, stores and supermarket. It’s good when travelling with children.

Nice apartment in good location

Nice apartment, very well located in a nice area close to the nyvhvan. Very confortable, good shower and heating . As improvement points, I would suggest to change the main door to access into the building as it is not a proper maindoor and will ask for a microwave in the kitchen! But overall would repeat.

Very comfortable stay in a stylish apartment with my family. Great location, less than 10 minutes walk from Kongens Nytorv station. Really pleased with our choice and would stay again.

Poor apartment lacking basic ammenities

A badly thought out half newly refurbished apartment - very pricey for its state which I would see as acceptable only for students Apartment was lacking some key features that are far below minimal expectation including: -- no curtains (including in bedroom); -- no storage space (not even a rail or wall hooks in the bedroom - I used the 4 hallway hooks to hang up my shirts, I used a chair from kitchen for unpacking clothing, there was literally no where to hang your bathroom towels to dry) -- TV was unplugged discarded on the floor of lounge with no stand to put it (no aerial to actual watch TV, only apple play) -- lighting was horrible - in bedroom and living area it was barely light enough to see; in the hallway by the bathroom the bright white lights are dazzlingly bright. A second entrance door in the hallway lead into a building site in the apartment next door - very strange. The lady I organised arrival with was helpful, however she made false promise about having curtains put up during my stay - not happy

Lejligheden var fin. Der var pænt og rent, men der var meget koldt. Det var ikke muligt at skrue op for varmen. Det var stort set ikke muligt at komme på nettet, hverken med PC eller telefon, hvilket trækker en del ned.

Ingen knagger noe sted! Det bør være steder man kan henge fra seg håndklær på badet, knagger til klær mv. på soveværelsene. Det er upraktisk slik det er nå. Men leiligheten er veldig fin og fresh og ligger svært sentralt. Litt støy om morgenen fra bakgården. Dårlig utstyrt kjøkken hvis man selv skal lage mat.

Muy buena ubicación

Apartamento cómodo aunq con poco espacio para guardar nuestra ropa y productos de aseo en el baño, tampoco para poner las toallas usadas. Por otro lado, una limpieza mediocre. Estaban en obras en el edificio y en el apartamento tb les hace falta alguna mejora. Lo realmente bueno es la ubicación, de 10.

Die Lage war gut für unsere Zwecke. Im nachts verschlossenen Hinterhof könnten wir gut unsere Fahrräder abstellen. Der Zugang in das Gebäude war nur über eine schmale, provisorische Rampe, offensichtlich ein Provisorium. Die vorherige Reinigung war ziemlich oberflächlich. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohlgefühlt und würden sie auch wieder buchen.

Altandörr gick ej att låsa.

Trevligt boende i perfekt läge. Dock inte så nogsamt städat:( En altandörr gick inte att låsa vilket kändes otryggt på natten och innebar att man inte vågade lämna något i lägenheten, av större värde, när man gick ut.
