I paid for a room with a queen bed. They didn't have one and gave me a room with two doubles. Burn holes in blankets. Razor blades in room (why I have no clue) and room had stains on walls and whole place was a total mess. Want refund please

My arrival experience was extremely disappointing. The person at check-in was unnecessarily rude and passive-aggressive, truly not the kind of demeanor that should ever represent a hotel, let alone be the first impression for guests.

Parking was close to the room, convenient, available. Staff receptionist was wonderful, helpful and kind to our needs. We would definitely stay there again when visiting family.
