Great Space! Great Location! Great Views!

This huge (1900 sq ft) condo has had some major remodels thccis off season! The baths have been updated again! There is much to plove about the new decor! Overlooking the stream, skating pond, and ski slopes this end unit has awesome views in 3 directions. Located a short 2 minute stroll to the lifts in Center Village, it is a wonderful home away from home. Because great care has been taken to renovate this fabulous unit, we request that large groups inclined to engage in 'apres ski' partying please select another less upscaled unit. There are units designed for just such events, but this unit needs TLC. Our County Permit # is STR20-00528. We have one parking space inside the parking garage and one outside of the building on the West End of the lot.

If you have ever tried to have a ski vacation with your kids in a small hotel room with no amenities - you will wonder how you ever lived without this wonderful place! The condominium itself has a large family room with a new gas fireplace, a new big functional kitchen with everything you will need to keep the troops fed, and three bedrooms for when everyone finally wears out. When 'family-togetherness' gets a little much, just send the kids to the skating pond or rec center, stroll the village, or eat out at one of the many gourmet restaurants.

But a vacation home, no matter how many amenities it comes with, is only as good as the nearby vacations; where else in North America can you experience four world-class ski resorts all within the same county and within minutes of one another? In the winter, there are also ample off-slope activities to keep every member of the family entertained and happy: shopping, dog sledding, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, sledding/tubing, ice skating, dinner sleigh rides, and snowshoeing to name a few!

In the summer, the choices of activities rival those of winter: 18-hole golf courses, fishing, horseback riding, sailing, chair-lift rides, guided nature hikes, alpine slides, mountain biking, festivals, llama treks, gold panning, white-water rafting, and so much more!

We have taken exceptional care so that you will feel welcome and comfortable. We are confident that this feeling will be obvious when you are guests in our home. Host was very easy to reach and provided everything we needed. The accommodations where just what we expected and worked out great for our family of 7 adults.The location was nice. The walk to the lifts was was not bad for a non ski-in ski-out unit. Any further would have been a bit much for us older folks. Heated parking and ski storage was very nice.

Great Ski Location

Excellent choice for a family ski vacation. Large open areas for entertaining, cards, puzzles, large meals, etc.. Smart TVs in every room for streaming. WiFi worked great. Location is 5 min walk in ski gear to Eagle and Flyer lifts and to all parts of Central Village (food, drinks, shopping). Check-in process was super easy and heated garage for parking and ski locker was great. Kitchen is fully stocked to cook full meals. The views from this unit are spectacular- sitting in comfy chairs by the fireplace watching it snow, watching the activity on the ski runs or watching the sunset. Highly recommend.

Great location, tons of space

This is a great spot. Hidden away within the medical center building, it was very quiet with tons of space to accommodate all of us. Nicely appointed kitchen, quality linens, and plenty of seating for all of us. Gorgeous view overlooking the creek and everything in the village center is within walking distance.

Got off to a bad start. VRBO sent us to RMRM to pick up the keys. They no longer handle rental of the unit. Gentleman at RMRM was very nice and helpful. Lost approx. 2 to 3 hours getting things squared away. Unit was nice but obviously old. All rooms were kinda dark. Kitchen was nice and well equipped although not everything was cleaned. Showers nozzles were very low in both bathrooms, but water pressure was great. Unit was very spacious with comfortable furniture. Would I rent it again - not sure.

Super large condo

We were surprised when we walked in because the condo was huge! The master bedroom had its own bathroom and the kitchen was easy to cook for two families (4 adults, 2 kids). The condo was close to American Eagle chair lift (2 minute walk). We loved the nearby stores and restaurants! The owner was quick to respond to my text when we didn’t know where the key cards were. We will definitely book again.

Spacious condo with perfect location

This condo is great for families. We loved the gourmet kitchen which had everything we needed for cooking and serving. The amount of space for relaxing and enjoying meals was fantastic! The view of the mountains and ski slopes plus the proximity to everything at Center Village was wonderful as well. The beds in the room with 2 queens could use an upgrade and brighter lighting in that bedroom and the bedroom with bunk beds is also needed.

Great Living Space and Wonderful View!

Loved our stay at this spacious condo! Great place for family to gather to enjoy skiing at Copper, and for those who stay behind to enjoy the wonderful view of the slopes! Enjoyed the game table with our huge puzzle, the lovely gas fireplace, the comfy sectional where we played games on the coffee table, and simply being together to enjoy meals and chatter and lots of laughter...not to mention the splendor of skiing in those magnificent Rockies!

Amazing Copper Ski Chalet

My family and I love Copper Mountain and have made it an annual tradition to ski there for a weekend every Christmas. We are so happy to have found Patti’s Ski Chalet. The condo was huge and had plenty of room for us to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped as were the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The center living area had an enormous couch and nice seating around the TV and gas fireplace, and it also had a nice dining table and gaming area. It had convenient parking (one heated, underground spot, and another spot out front), and was located only 3-4 minutes walk from the American Flyer lift in center village. There was ample locked storage for ski equipment down in the heated garage. The views from the condo were also amazing, with nearly panoramic views towards the mountain. We initially did have some trouble locating the condo and parking garage, but the property manager and Patti were extremely helpful and responsive to help us get into the unit. On behalf of my family and I, we would like to thank Patti for hosting us. We will absolutely be back soon!

Perfect Vacation!

We had the perfect vacation staying at this property! We loved how close everything was. Our kids had a blast here! All the games in the condo were a nice addition and kept our kids entertained screen free every evening after playing in the snow all day! We loved our stay here.

Great place for families

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to relax or play games after a day of skiing. Kitchen is well-stocked for making meals. The location in Center Village is great-- just a short walk to American Flyer and American Eagle lifts. The owner is quick to respond to questions and was overall a delight to work with. We would stay here again!

Great ski condo

Excellent property! Tons of space, close to everything. Super attentive property owner who was easy to reach and who handled a minor glitch with our parking space in minutes. The check-in staff was a bit busy and somewhat uninformed on particulars of this unit, but were quick to personally deliver our correct parking pass when notified by the owner.

the base board heaters need a good cleaning - smelled "hot" by the game table - wiped off the heater and it was filthy. Did not do the rest of the unit. Also, our reservation said we were to have 2 parking spaces - 1 in the garage and one outside on the west side of the lot. At check in, she would not give us the second spot (except in the Alpine Lot).

Great condo

Large condo with lots of area to spread out and relax. The kitchen had everything we needed, although the knives could use sharpening. A bit of a walk to the bus which took us to East Village. Great communication with Patti!! This unit worked very well for our group of 5 children and 5 adults. Would certainly stay again. The 4 stars for location relates to there not being a designated path to the bus stop. Otherwise a 5 minute walk from the lake and center village.
