For any urgent issues after hours, we also offer a 24-hour emergency line, ensuring support at any time during your stay.
Family-Friendly:
As parents of young children, we understand the challenges of traveling with little ones. That`s why we`ve made our home as family-friendly as possible. We provide a Pack `n Play with crib sheets, and thereâs ample space in any bedroom for set up. Weâve also stocked kid-friendly cups, bowls, plates, and utensils, along with books, games, and puzzles for fun family time together!
Pet-Friendly Accommodations:
We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $200 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the pool. Please let us know if you are traveling with a dog
Pool heater:
The pool requires a lot of electricity heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $125 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it, please note we need at least 5 days to heat the pool and must be booked and paid for, for the duration of your stay. Our pool is closed and covered seasonally from November to April.
Hot Tub:
The use of the hot tub is included in your nightly rate, there is no additional charge. Our team will turn the hot tub on prior to your arrival.
No Adhesives on Walls or Glitter:
Do not use tape, hooks, stickers, or any other materials to attach decorations or items to the walls, as this may cause damage. Glitter is extremely difficult to clean and can cause lasting damage to furniture and surfaces. Thank you for respecting our home and helping us provide a clean, welcoming space for every guest.
Pests:
Corolla is home to midges, tiny seasonal bugs that are harmless and do not bite, but they can appear in large numbers. To keep them out, we recommend keeping doors closed as much as possible and turning off outdoor lights at night, as light attracts them. We regularly treat the area, but they may still be present outdoors. Bug spray is a great idea for enjoying the deck and pool areas. Additionally, snakes from the nearby marsh can occasionally be spotted. If you see one on the property, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for animal control to remove it.
House Rules
âą Primary renter must be 21+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited.
âą No parties or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited.
âą No sticking tape on walls or pictures, and no confetti or glitter is allowed.
âą Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
âą Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest.
âą Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas. No dogs allowed in pool. Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Max 1 dog
âą Only park in designated areas: garage, driveway, street parking is not permitted. Max 7 vehicles allowed. Avoid blocking neighborsâ homes or driveways.
âą Children under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the pool or spa.
âą BBQ must be operated by responsible adults only.
âą No firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials allowed on the property.
âą Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations. Noncompliance may result in eviction by city without refund.
âą Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance.
âą Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.
