Front desk staff unprofessional. Paid our hotel transport from the airport but we were not given a receipt. On the day we checked out we were told we haven’t paid our hotel transport from the airport to the hotel. I told them that we already did and we got inconvenienced by waiting for them to check the CCTV footage to corroborate our statement. Which in fact showed we did.
For future guests, please get your receipt for the hotel transport so you don’t have to experience unnecessary waste of your time.
The room that we stayed, the air conditioning wall unit smelled stale air. Eventually they did replace it the day before we checked out. Only to replace it with a noisy unit and I mean you could not hear yourself think. It was replaced again with another unit. What a hassle and so much inconvenience for a few days of supposedly bliss.
I do have to give credit to housekeeping and a few of the waitstaff namely Mona and Filbert. I can’t say anything good for the rest.
What really makes the place are the people. It might have a nice pool but that’s it.
As for me, not recommending this place to any of my friends or family.
