The service was great, your people or employees are very nice, great customer service, but your place was dirty, the carpet inside the room was really bad, and the second floor where we stay it was a lot debris on the hallways, your floor needs attention, pressure washer a least every two weeks, depend how busy the hoel is, im a property maintenance manager in rancho Mirage ca, low desert or palm springs area, i highly recomended to put more attention to details,.

Nearby comparable hotel and comped my parking for 2 cars for 5 nights. I was also greeted with snacks on my room for the mishap. Excellent stay. My wife and I will definitely return
