This remodeled first-floor condo is within walking distance of the shared grilling area, pool, and hot tub. The large open living area offers a couch that turns into a sofa sleeper, perfect for relaxing and watching movies on the wall-mounted TV. The adjacent dining table provides seating for six to enjoy meals or games. Try out your culinary skills in the galley-style kitchen with spacious granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, a stand mixer, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. Sip your morning coffee on the patio while sitting in the Bay breeze. The guest bedroom (BR1) contains a King-size bed, nightstand, dresser, and wall-mounted TV. The hallway guest bath is made up of a tub/shower with a glass door enclosure. At the end of the hall sits the master bedroom (BR2) consisting of a King-size bed, nightstands, a dresser, and a wall-mounted TV. The ensuite bath holds a tiled shower with a glass door. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer tucked neatly in a closet in the hallway for use during your stay. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and nightlife are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.

Clean, Roomy, and Great Location

Pleasent Stay in Port A

The condo was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The space was just perfect for our family of 3. The condo was located closer to the marina so it was quieter, but still very easy to get to the beach.

Great beach house

Beautiful spacious beach house. We had a group of 9 and had plenty of space for everyone. The house was in a convenient area near the beach but also near all the stores and activities. We will definitely be returning.

Property was great pool was clean house was perfect. Floor did needed to be swept when we walked in and they had a broom in closet. Take OFF there was ton of mosquitoes on property.

Great location in Port A!

My husband and I had a great stay at this property in Port A! It was our first time to visit Port A and this was a great location close to all the restaurants and a quick drive to the beach! We loved that this property was dog friendly. It was nice and clean and the parking was great. We rented a golf cart for our stay as well (highly recommend!) and were able to park our car and golf cart right outside the condo. The only thing lacking was the bed and bedding were not very comfortable. Other than that, we loved our stay here and can’t wait to come back to Port A!

Overall really nice

None of the tables were dusted in a good while. Other than that and the extremely noisy stomping 24/7 upstairs guests, we loved this place. Entertainment setup was not aesthetically pleasing, wires everywhere. Might want to update that, as it could potentially be a hazard if there were young kids. Overall, very happy with the place!

Enjoyed our stay....however,

Both futon bed frames were broken and the mattress on the futon were paper thin and horribly uncomfortable. There was no coffee maker and thanks to the property manager for providing one after we reached out to them. There were only three coffee cups and there were 4 of us so we bought a coffee cup. The broom was broken and made it hard to sweep up after my 3 year old. Other than this, we enjoyed the property. The management company was awesome in assisting us.
