We enjoyed our stay very much! Great location and the place was very clean. The pool and hot tub made our stay worthwhile. The beachfront view was spectacular. We will definitely visit again.

Die Fewo war gut, direkt am Strand und sauber. Checkin und Checkout war einfach und problemlos. Checkin ab 16h war relativ spĂ€t. Ausstattung der Fewo war unterdurchschnittlich. Z.B. Keine StrandhandtĂŒscher, keine StrandstĂŒhle oder liegen zum mitnehmen an den Strand verfĂŒgbar. Keine Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Wohnung. Keine Filter fĂŒr die Kaffeemaschine, etc. Ist fĂŒr jemanden der nur ein paar Tage da ist, und nicht in den USA wohnt, wo man alles mitbringen kann, schlecht. Man hĂ€tte erst mal eine komplette Grundausstattung kaufen mĂŒssen. Hierzu fehlen in der Beschreibung bei Fewo die Infos.

Spring break get away

Beach front room, view was spectacular, heated pool was a bonus! Room was clean, not ultra fancy but did the job for 3 teen boys and parents. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything worked and wss stocked well. Maybe a little overpriced for the condition but you can’t beat the location.

Nice Place

This is a nice place overall but the beds are VERY uncomfortable. A mattress topper would greatly improve the beds. A standing fan in the master would also be nice as it is much hotter upstairs than downstairs. There is a box fan in the other bedroom. When we pulled out the sofa bed there was sand and dirt under it and the floors were kind of sandy when we first got there. But it is a beach condo lol. Great location right on the beach- we did stay over 4th of July so there was a lot of parties and our neighbors were up and loud all night. All in all I would recommend this place with the exception of the beds.

However if I had to Nick pick on something it would be that maybe you guys can put a standing fan upstairs because it doesn’t get cool upstairs but other than that it was absolutely perfect!!!! We can’t wait to come back and have some fun again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: good experience. I have been here 6 years as a Winter Texan, but have never seen the grounds so dirty: papers, butts, plastics, weeds, dirt. A regular maintenance person needs to be on site. The furniture in 203 is shabby and the cabinets are disintegrating. The floor has holes. The toilet seat is disgusting.

Bathroom fixtures falling apart.Floors in bathrooms bubbling up from water damage. Freezer smells like fish. Beds were so,so. Employees were fantastic and very helpful. We had an issue with stove not working and they fixed it quick. All that said, the location is fantastic.Pool and hot tub were ok, dated but functional. If you want nice, look elsewhere. You want location, this is it.
