Each of our 18 individual cottages offers a comfortable and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout, accommodating up to 8 guests. Our cottages are centered around a tranquil courtyard, where you'll find a shared pool, charcoal grills, picnic tables, a pool house with 2 restrooms, and ice/vending machines. Feel free to unwind, grill up some delectable meals, or just enjoy quality time with your loved ones. We understand that your four-legged family members are important too. Old Town Cottages are pet-friendly, so your furry friends can join in on the fun. As an added bonus, each cottage comes with a 4-seater golf cart for the duration of your stay. It's an excellent way to explore the town and easily reach the beach, making your vacation even more enjoyable. Old Town Cottages are ideally situated within walking distance of charming shops, delicious restaurants, and the vibrant nightlife of Port Aransas. When it's time to hit the beach, a short golf cart ride will take you to the pristine sandy shores of the Gulf Coast. Whether you're planning a family vacation, a friends' getaway, or a reunion, Old Town Cottages are the perfect choice. You can rent multiple cottages to accommodate large groups while enjoying your private spaces.

• Trailers and boats are not allowed on property. Violation of this could result in it being towed.
• Pet Friendly with $95 Fee per Pet, Maximum 2 Pets. Restriction of 40#'s or under. Any dog larger than that, you will be asked to leave with
no refund.
• Minimum age to rent is 25, ID Required
