The Palace is designed for large groups of friends or family seeking unparalleled quality, luxury and comfort in a 7,554 sq ft, 4-story home with an elevator, a heated salt water pool & spa, 5 Master Bedrooms, 2 bunk rooms and a 3rd floor main gathering area with a bar, pool table game room, living room and outdoor decks with stunning views.

With four living rooms to choose from, guests can spread out or gather together in the 3rd floor Great Room where the kitchen is equipped with a massive granite bar with seating for 10, a dining table with seating for 10, a large living area with a fireplace and 85" TV.

All bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms are spacious, elegant and comfortable with premium bedding and linens.

The entire 4th floor is a Penthouse Master Suite with tremendous views of the Gulf, the Bay, sunrises and sunsets, the golf course and more. This suite has a comfortable living room, two outdoor decks and large bath room with double vanities, a shower and a jetted tub.

The Palace is Palmilla's tallest luxury home which maximizes the views of the Gulf and Bay as well as the golf course and a fresh water lake teeming with dozens of species of local and migratory birds.

Everything in the home was designed to be the "best of the best" from the sub-zero and Wolf appliances, to the large and comfortable rooms, soaring ceilings, stunning views, high-speed WIFI and HD Sony TVs..

A private 6-seat GOLF CART with a blue tooth sound system is included in the rental and provides convenient access to the Resort Amenities, the beach and the City of Port Aransas.

The on-site private salt water pool and hot tub area is resort quality and offers a private alternative the large community pool which is about 100 yards from the Palace. A large gas BBQ grill is included as well.

Palmilla Resort offers guests beach services including private chairs, umbrellas and air conditioned bathrooms. The community Pool & Guest Services are about 100 yards from the PALACE. The golf pro shop, Black Marlin restaurant and the new fitness center are also close by.

Luxury and Convenience in Port A's only golf/beach resort. It simply does not get better than "The PALACE at Palmilla".

The property itself is excellent in every respect...spacious, well appointed, maintained well, located with magnificent beach views. Susan met us at the property, explained all the finer details of operating the audio and Wi-Fi systems, etc. This was our 2nd year here and among all the properties we have visited across the US and Canada, this property and the management/host were the best we've every encountered. We look forward happily to returning.

What a view! The pond this house backs to is constantly filled with pelicans, egrets, ducks, and seagulls. There are turtles and dragon flies. And I guess because of the wind, no mosquitoes. Sitting on the balcony made the trip.But the house is incredible, too. It’s one of those real home VRBO’s, with details like games, supplies, spices, and thoughtful perks like a high end sound system throughout the house. Plus it’s really well cared for. There was a bevy of snacks upon our arrival, plenty of towels, and a house manager who checks in and can set the heated pool to your preferred temp. Just lovely.The community has a beach club and restaurant, which was convenient.

FABULOUS PROPERTY

This property is a GEM! We were very impressed with all the amenities that are included in the house! The cleanliness of the residence was outstanding. Susan, the property manager, met us on arrival and provided a detailed explanation regarding all of the home’s features. She was also checking in on us periodically to insure that all of our questions or concerns were addressed. The consummate host! We were a combined family of 12, 6 adults and 6 children and there is so much room that we never felt crowded. Having a golf cart available is a definite bonus. The property is located within minutes of the beach. All of the appliances were in excellent condition and the elevator made traveling between floors a breeze. We have stayed in many VRBO properties but we believe this one is the best. We were so impressed that we have already secured a booking at this property for next year! We would highly recommend this owner and property for your future stays!

Great Property and Great Location

The property owner and the manager were very thoughtful. The unit had so many things that needed/enjoyed. For example, there was a great golf cart, there were lots of beach accessories and towels, a well stocked kitchen, a great icemaker, multiple fridges for everyone's beverages, etc. There was also a great pool room that was on the same floor as the kitchen and bar, which made it easy for the group to hang out in close proximity, but not right on top of each other the whole time. The views from all of the different balconies were nice and peaceful. The unit's pool and hot tub were nice, and the resort pools and restaurants were within easy walking or golf cart distance. The drive up the beach to Old Town Port A was really fun, too. We had a great time!

Best Vacation Rental By Far!

This home is beautiful, with breathtaking views of the gulf. It’s spacious, and comes fully stocked with almost anything you could think of. Not only that, but the property manager, Susan, goes absolutely above and beyond to make sure all of your needs are met. We’ve rented this home several times now, and have never been disappointed. Our family has made tons of memories in the home and Port A, and we’ll continue to do so as long as they’ll have us!

The house was beautiful. Pictures don’t do it justice. We will definitely be back. The access to the beach was great. Having the golf cart made getting around so easy. Played golf enjoyed the beach and the kids loved coming back and jumping in pool.

Beach was closed but our stay was fabulous

This is our 2nd stay at this property. It surpasses any of the other homes we’ve stayed at in Palmilla. Susan is an Amazing Manager which makes all the difference in how a person is welcomed! Everything is pristine and well organized. Susan is available to answer any questions at anytime. The weather did not cooperate but the house is spacious and family oriented. Even when ithe beach closed for a day or two we had fun. We loved being there and will definitely go back! Gabby

This is a perfect property for a large family gathering. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space yet get together in the family rooms, pool or at the beach. My family celebrated my 80th Birthday 16 adults and 1 8-months with me. Everyone was impressed with home. - this property far exceeded our expectations. The home is amazing and the golf cart made going to the beach and down town more fun. We enjoyed the community pool as well as the one in the home. Susan was the best property manager she was there whenever we needed her making our stay the best.
