This property is the absolute BEST spot to view the fireworks, boat parades, coastal birds and all the things Rockport is famous for. Enjoy afternoon shade, gentle sea breezes and the world's BEST margarita (-the Yarbarita!), delivered right to your front porch chair. From here you can WALK to the beach, liquor store, grocery store and several restaurants, including Yarbarita's Sip and Swing...
EXTREMELY colorful and enjoyable 1200sf unit with all the bells and whistles. Very fast internet, so there is no problem working from your new "home"! ;)
You will have your own personal "smart code" for top notch security and convenience and there is plenty of parking beside the building.
My wife and I live in Rockport, so we will be glad to help with anything that may arise.

Plenty of parking available. Also, you can rent and drive golf carts (you will get a 25% discount on golf cart rentals if you stay with us - you only need a valid drivers license and current auto insurance).
