Staff was very good, friendly and went out of their way to say hi. It was rather busy, but the other guests were friendly also. Our trip was a visit to Cortland, and we would stay again!

Was not happy left for a few came back to our room already being cleaned. When we never even checked out yet we had till 11am 😢😢

The hotel has a very upscale feel and was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the free coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby and the breakfast was great. They even had chocolate waffle batter for the waffle makers. The pool was nice and clean. Our only complaints were the shower taking more than 5 minutes to get hot and some loud construction worker guests lingering in our hallway late into the night. It was a great stay.
