The clerk couldn't find my reservation. I had to look up my confirmation email and show it too her so she knew how much to charge. The back stair case is uneven and unstable. And they don't have an ice machine. The staff were friendly and the room was clean.

Generally good choice!

The room is spacious and very clean. It's very quiet at night. The staff is very friendly. The only thing I complained is the slow wifi.

Excellent customer service, for the most part clean and the area felt safe and was exactly what we wanted for our 20 min walk to the Pacific Amphitheater. We were in room 106, the shower was remodeled at some point, which was nice and the pressure was great, plenty of HOT water! :) The mattress was comfortable, the AC works really well, fridge works great, and love the free parking with our car directly across from our room. No weird smells and surprisingly not noisy being so close to the freeway. My only suggestion would be to fix the broken table in the room and wipe down the walls, lots of handprints, lol, but other than that, we’d be back.
