The resort is beautiful and well maintained; the room was lovely and we enjoyed the balcony. The beach is gorgeous and great for walking. The activities were enjoyable. The staff was friendly. I disliked the loud music that was piped in everywhere except the beach. While it’s an all inclusive resort make sure to bring plenty of small bills for tips.

5 star in every respect resort. We had great service especially our concierge. Maria Dorantes was our concierge she arranged prior to our visit restaurant reservations, a room upgrade and transportation to the hotel from the airport. Maria was an enormous part of our wonderful experience. We will definitely return.

The room was great, excellent view. I loved that there was always something to do regardless of the time of day. The trip was extra special because I had exclusive access to an Expedia staff member on WhatsApp. Maria was so helpful and checked in on me, made sure I had my dinner reservations confirmed. My only concern was that housekeeping staff entered my room twice, despite telling them in person and having the do not disturb sign on both days. I had no valuables so didn't think much about it, but something to keep in mind when leaving the room.

Pros: Beautiful, well-maintained hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Most of the staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. The à la carte restaurants were just okay. The beach was nice. Cons: We tried to make dinner reservations in advance but were unable to get the restaurants or times we requested. Be aware that if you don’t have reservations for the à la carte restaurants, you will have to eat at the buffet, which was not good. The nightly shows were very basic and boring—definitely not what you would expect from a 5-star resort. There were only two restaurants open for breakfast for a resort with over 600 rooms, and the food was bland and basic, with limited options. Drinks were watered down. There were not many activities for kids besides the kids’ club. Overall, the stay was not worth the money. We would not stay here again and would not recommend.

Odd layout. Everything is far and there are only 2 golf carts operating that are constantly full. If you have any difficulty walking long distances do not book. If you don’t mind walking 15 mins every time you want to go to the beach or the theater for shows then everything else was pretty good.

Clean rooms for the most part but some issues tend to arise due to its massive grounds, gotta double check things constantly because they divide the logistics and sometimes 1 group os kore efficient than the other and things get lost in the communication. Great experience thanks to Maria our VIP concierge. Booking through Expedia gave us the perk of her advanced service. Everyone was super helpful but Maria stood out as she put together the perfect room and the perfect spa packages and dinners for our family. We truly felt like VIPs and can’t wait to return to this fab resort DO NOT MISS THE SPA - and get as many hydrotherapy sessions as you can. I never wanted to leave!!!! Everyone works hard to make you happy
