Overall, property was good. Some restaurants were better than others, but everyone can have a different opinion on food. We personally liked the buffet for breakfast. The omelet sttaion was very good. Lunch we always went back to the buffet and it was decent. We went a lot for the ice cream. Out of all the restaurants at night, we went back a few times to the steak house. By far our favorite and the Filet is amazing! Late night menu is ok, I always went for the chicken quesadilla and fries that hit the spot.
The only negative comment was the pools. Always cold and not many people go in. Like freezing cold. We also had a plunge pool room and hardly went in it because it was ice cold. If you’re a pool person, you will be disappointed by the temperature.
Beach was beautiful and it’s a major plus. All in all, we would def stay at this resort again, but would save our money in a different room.

they told me that the upgrade was made on the bracelet that was "only" for Expedia VIP but it turns to be the bottom of levels in access to the restaurants and areas around the hotel so i felt cheated and think this hotel does not be marked as "VIP ACCESS", besides that the room is nice but the private pool was under improvement

This is by far the best resort we’ve ever stayed at. We visit Mexico twice per year and have been doing so for quite a while. I can’t say how impressed and happy we were with the check-in, the staff, the food (SO many options), the top shelf choices of liquor which was incredible, the beach (AMAZING - no seaweed or rocks), the pools and our room was absolutely gorgeous. If you are looking for a quiet, clean, modern resort with plenty of restaurants and activities - this is it!!!! Excellent for all travellers since the resort is kid friendly but there is an adult only side too! We are so impressed and we can’t wait to go back!!! Far better compared to Secrets, Dreams, Royalton, etc. like I said.. we’ve tried them all in Cancun and Cabo. This resort is the BEST! 10/10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
