Clean room but a few issues that are important to note. The shower leaks all over bathroom floor so the second day I ended up with the water pointed at the wall and hugging it to help reduce water spillage. The deadbolt did not work on the door and didn’t line up with the holes. I got locked out of my room for about 45 minutes in my pjs, no contacts or glasses, and had to make multiple trips all the way up to the front desk to get help.

Very nice and clean room, well equipped with a coffee machine, refrigerator and microwave. Bathroom had good supplies including hand soap, shampoo and conditioner. The AC/heater was a bit old and somewhat slightly noisy. Plenty of parking available within the premises. The highlight was the breakfast - good spread with sauces, scrambled eggs, waffles, breads, yogurt, fruits, and hot drinks. We stayed 4 days and the menu was the same each day, but we still enjoyed it. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Kim (front desk) is fabulous! I booked 3 rooms, 2 with pets but needed an early check in because we were doing the train ride at 1 PM and Kim made it happen for us. AJ made sure the rooms were ready and everything went smooth at check in. I really appreciated the help from both. The place is more like a nice motel than a hotel but still comfortable and had what we needed. It's in a good location to Jerome, Sedona, Clarksdale and all of the shops and restaurants; there is a good sized dog park 1 mile away. We would absolutely stay here again.

The room was clean and mostly comfortable. Only thing I didn't like was the bed. It was springy and lumpy. The shower was nice the bathroom was good. And they had a very nice free breakfast.
