The property is older, but very clean and well kept, and the location is great. Staff were very attentive and there to help, not just man the front desk. Highly recommended, would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly and accomodating staff ... especially Sahil. Very clean motel ... location is quiet and mere steps to the walkway at Cowichan Bay. We will definitely stay there again.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and very helpful – always ready to answer any questions and make sure guests feel comfortable. The hotel itself is very cozy, clean, and well-organized. The surrounding area is amazing – beautiful views, peace and quiet, a perfect place to relax. Everything was great, and we’ll definitely come back again. Highly recommended! 🌟

Very run down, bad state of disrepair. Tiles on deck not fastened - worn and dirty and just placed on the undersurface, linoleum in kitchen repaired with duct-tape, hair dryer attached with one screw and didn’t work, windows and screen streaked and dirty. Gyproc peeling in bathroom and elsewhere. Outside stairs steep, not maintained and dangerous. Online reviews very misleading. Extremely overpriced. Staff was friendly and room was clean.

The owner was very kind. The room had everything we needed, but it was just run down. Outside lights just hung down, they were not mounted. The railing was loose going up the stairs and the room was worn with torn wallpaper and cobwebs at the windows.
