We love this place. This is our favorite Cozumel resort. The rooms are very nice. The staff is excellent, always. The grounds are kept perfectly.

We recently stayed 26 nights at this property and would go back. The food was excellent, and the entertainment day and night were very good. Beautiful grounds with a large beach area. The water had easy access and was nice and sandy. Very friendly staff overall.

When we were given our 2 rooms one was already occupied. We got another and then at 10:10 we we awakend from sleep by a room girl barging in on us. We liked the buffet. we tried to book a dinner at the mexican restaurant on Wednesday but were told they didn't have any openings until Saturday night. Our vacation ended Saturday afternoon so we weren't able to eat there. The pools were well maintained. There were staff personnel that were very good. The beach was never peaceful. There was rap music and other stuff playing very load all day with times when instead of the music an employee with a wireless microphone was broadcast very loudly everywhere on the beach but only for the benifit of a group of people up by him for stretching exorcises, bingo and other activities. He wanted to sound like a radio DJ and really filled every second with his show. the noise spoiled the beach for us. The rules for the tennis court made us feel unwelcome to use it. They required a drivers license as a deposit just to use it.At the end the manager said that was a mistake and we shouldn't have had to do that but it was too late, our vacation was over by then. There were 2 courts but only one net. They repeatedly told us they would have the other net put up but never did. We gave up on tennis because we felt like we would be trespassing on their property if we used it. some very nice people, some good food but too much noise to be anything like a relaxing place and we never felt welcome there.

This was a wonderful vacation! We rented jeeps from HTL rentals @Albertos( way cheaper then the tours by the front desk) and rode the coast around the island and it was clear we had the very best beach!! Lots of space, sand volleyball was also being played and excellent entertainment! If your a scuba diver this is where you want to be! This is the island hub and staying here will prevent you from having to catch a can to the pickup dock each morning, it was super convenient. We snorkeled right off the beach as the waves are like lake waves. Saw eels, sting rays, wahoo, pufferfish, barracuda, many many different colored fish, a sea snake, starfish ECT. It was EXCELLENT! Food was good! There were always plenty of options that you were bound to find something you liked even if your picky! Cleanest resort we had ever been to. Very kind staff members, and very helpful. Rooms were very nice, and we were very shocked at how nice the beds were! They didn't feel like 100 people have slept on them before us. Our room was swept and cleaned daily. We often ate at the restraints on site but had to be at the reservation desk right away in the morning to be able to get those spots! 10/10 will likely come back with our kids since they have such a wonderful little water park and kids club!

MY FAMILY I WERE ATTACKED BY OUT OF CONTROL DRUNK GUEST. HAD OVER FORTY STICHES IN FOOT. HAPPENED IN FRONT OF YOUNG CHILDREN. GOOD LUCK.
