Three of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms; two of those are master bedrooms with amazing views of the crystal blue waters of Cozumel. One master suite has its own private balcony. The well stocked kitchen, living and dining are all open and overlook the ocean. The condo has its own water filtration system, so you can safely drink the water. Step out onto the 250 sq ft balcony and watch the ships dock each morning. At night, from the balcony, enjoy watching the night divers and the beautifully lit ships as they sail away.
This condo is perfect for several couples or families traveling together. There is a huge pool and hot tub with plenty of lounge chairs and Bali Beds to relax your day away. In addition, there is a tennis court, a basketball court, game room and workout facilities available to guests. There are also areas to wash your dive gear after a great day of diving. A washer and dryer are available inside the condo so you can pack clean clothes when you leave!
The Penthouse Condo is conveniently located within walking distance to Paprika, Tikila's, several dive shops, electric bike rentals, and an OXXO. It is a $12 taxi ride from the ferry pier. There is 24 hours, on-site security that patrols the property and gated parking.
