Paradise in Cozumel
Posted Mar. 30, 2024 on HomeAwayWe loved EVERYTHING about this place. It was clean and well maintained. The hosts were so easy to communicate with and very helpful. The pool is gorgeous and the grounds were always being worked on. The security was fantastic.

Another great stay
Posted Mar. 4, 2024 on HomeAwayWe always love staying at Palmar. We have stayed in several units. All are great. My only complaint this time with 5C was the master bed is very noisy and could use some new pillows. Love the place and staff are awesome!

has been down this week but it’s back up today. The total for 8E in April for 8 nights would be $1940. It’s blocked on VRBO since we blocked it for you. You can proceed with us or if you prefer I can un-block it and you can proceed with VRBO but it will be a higher fare. Let me k ow soon so I know if I should keep the hold on it.
By the way we replaced the pillows and now we are waiting for guests to leave to see if the issue is the bed or the mattress. We are on top of it! Let me hear from you soon.

Great location, easy parking, friendly staff
Posted Feb. 29, 2024 on HomeAwayPalmar condos is our go to place to stay in Cozumel. This was our first time in this unit. The view is great, being on the 5th floor gets you above the palm trees for some great ocean views. The bed was comfortable and unit was clean. We didn't cook, eat or hangout in the condo so can't comment to much on that but the kitchen appeared well stocked if you were to do that. There were plenty of beach towels and other amenities we did use and appreciated. The only thing that would make us feel safer would be a chain or slide lock on the door that could be used when you are in the unit. We had a couple of request of the owner and he immediately responded. We look forward to our return.

Awesome home away from home.
Posted Feb. 19, 2024 on HomeAwayIt’s a love/hate relationship. Totally loved staying in the condo. Hate that everyone will now know how nice it is and possibly keep us from booking it again. ;-)

Yearly stay

Palmar 5C
Posted Oct. 18, 2023 on HomeAwayWe came to Cozumel for a week of scuba diving. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed to have a great vacation. The location was great, it was across the street from the pier that out dive op could pick us up from each morning. The complex was very quiet and all the employees who worked there were so friendly. The condo itself was spotless and the hosts even included some snacks and drinks when we checked in. We will definitely stay here on our future trips to Cozumel.

Perfect vacation
Posted Jul. 12, 2023 on HomeAwayWe really enjoyed our stay in 5C. The condominium was beautiful, clean and had everything you could need. We have been spending a week in Cozumel each year, since 2016 and while we’ve stayed in another unit at Palmar before, the communication with Victoria and Chris has been great. They were quick to respond and had everything ready for our arrival right down to snacks an beverages to get us started. We are already planning our 2024 trip and we will stay here again.

Incredible Property
Posted May 31, 2023 on HomeAwayWe came down for a week of scuba diving. This property was incredible. SUPER clean, great location, very close to the docks for the scuba trips and beautiful views off the back porch. We'd stay there again for sure.
